Crystals have a vibrational frequency that is unique, yet unchanging. The purpose of working with crystals is to allow their energy to subtly shift your personal vibrations to those of the crystal's qualities. Pebbles, palm stones and soothing stones allow this to happen when you keep them on your person and specifically when you hold them in your hands or have contact with your skin.
